So I finally decided to have a go with Zoom interviews and I actually enjoyed myself talking to Patrick Miranda from Movements. The band is putting out their new No Good Left To Give album in coming days and of course we talked about the album and how spooky it is to release a record in these times. To my shame I have to admit I didn’t realize how bad the situation is for “middle sized” bands like Movements. Well I have only been in contact with smaller bands here in Berlin and the biggest ones will always survive. Patrick helped me understand the situation more clearly and I have to say that closing of venues and the fact that musicians can’t live off from their music anymore is worrying.
