Swedish Beckahesten is one of those bands that has my interest already based on their background story. Their music is hard to define, moving somewhere between ambient, folk and metal even. What makes them so interesting is the stories their music tells. The stories are based on Swedish folklore and the effort that band puts into conveying these stories is truly remarkable.
